IMPLEMENTATION : Production of barley type.
RECIPE: mix 3.5 kg + 7.5 kg flour T-70% + 5.7 liters of water + 250 gr. yeast. You do not need salt.
COMPOSITION: barley, salt, malt, wheat gluten, dextrose, citric acid, spices, ascorbic acid.
